We are delighted to announce that we have received ESF funding from the LIFT team at Norfolk County Council.
The funding will delivery of our Pathway To Change project, which will provide mentoring support alongside bespoke INSPIRE workshops (Self-Awareness, Adopting a Growth Mindset, Goal Setting and A Hero’s Journey) and EMPLOYABILITY workshops (CV Writing, Disclosure, Interview Techniques and Job/Training Searching).
All designed by ex-offenders, to support ex-offenders living in Norfolk or Suffolk to get job/training ready and progress into employment or training.
Referral routes are open now and will stay open until 31/12/2020.
Our Trustee, Cathy Grint said ‘We are delighted to have received this positive news. The job market at the moment is extremely tough but the Pathway To Change project is designed to support individuals to get ready for employment or training, thus giving them a much better outlook and opportunity’.
